You'll join the team at Lucian Constructions, mainly working on homes south end of the Gold Coast, you'll be an integral part of the thriving team in the industry where your skills are very much needed and valued.

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following:

- Strong diagnostic and problem solving ability
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Experience with residential projects (Renovations and new builds)
- 5 years trade experience in Australia
- Computer literacy
- Quality and tidy workmanship skills
- A great attitude and adaptable mind-set
- Honesty and reliability
- Great communication skills to liaise with team, customers, other trades and organisations
- Own tools
- Own transport / suitable work Ute and or trailer
