Fixed Price Contract
Making design selections early in the process means Lucian Constructions are able to provide a Fixed Priced Contract. Selections include fixtures and fittings, as well as soil tests, site surveys and final construction drawings.
In addition to providing a Fixed Price Contract, making all of your selections before construction starts ensures the smooth running of your project.
We have partnered with many of Australia's leading brands in bath and kitchen fittings, applicances, building materials, floor coverings and much more. Our fantastic team of suppliers are on hand to guide you through the selection process.
