About us
Timothy Bradshaw - Managing Director
​
Timothy was born in Invercargill, New Zealand, being bought up around property, he knew at a very young age he wanted to be in the property industry - competing at the Gold Coast Show with nearly 100 people and winning his carpentry apprenticeship at 15 years old meant leaving school and starting his property journey.
​
Timothy worked hard in various positions to gain a thorough understanding of the building process and became a qualified builder before turning 30. He has built in some of the most prestigious neighbourhoods on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, including Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island, Chervron Island, Casurina and Byron Bay.
​
​
In 2010 Timothy travelled independently to London meeting Victoria where they did their first renovation projects together. Since moving back to the Gold Coast in 2012 Timothy has completed his own projects and worked for both custom and project home builders, gaining a wealth of experience in various roles. Working on $1m+ properties building 14 properties at any one time has provided Timothy with the skills and knowledge to take on any project and complete it to the highest quality, in the required time, to budget or with a profit.

Victoria Bradshaw - Design and Accounts Manager

Victoria was born in London, England, being brought up around business and property, she is a highly motivated professional Executive Assistant and International Property Investor. Working for various corporate companies within the Finance and Property Industies. Victoria has gained a wealth of experience dealing with systems and processes, finance, tight deadlines and highly confidential information.
